Medicare Chronic Diseases Management Plan (CDM)

The Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) allows children with a chronic or medical condition to receive a rebate towards allied health services. Children eligible for this can claim a maximum of five allied health sessions per calendar year. The rebate is currently $52.95 for each session. Parents will need to cover the gap between the medicare rebate and Little Peeps Paediatric OT fees. Families need to contact their GP to organise a CDM. Please click for more information.

National Disability Insurance Scheme

Little Peeps Paediatric Occupational Therapy is currently seeing children who are self managed or plan managed under the NDIS. Fees are charged inline with the current fee schedule. Please note we do not see children who are managed under the NDIA.

Private Health Insurance
|
Families may be able to claim a rebate for occupational therapy sessions through their private health insurance. Eligibility and the amount that can be claimed will depend on the type of cover and extras. Families are recommended to contact their health providers for more information.
